At HH, we use only the best pavement seal-coating & repair materials available. Our asphalt seal-coat is made fresh everyday at a local plant. This is the stuff they use at airports and shopping malls! Don't settle for home center grade asphalt sealants. Who knows how long it's been sitting in those containers! Also, don't fall for the gimmicks. Which one should I buy? The 2 year, the 5 year, the 7 year or the 10 year. Our commercial grade sealant has them all beat. And to be perfectly honest, there's no such thing as a ?? Year sealant. There's either more chemicals or less chemicals, more sand or less sand. Driveways should be sealed and repaired about every three years or so, and it depends on the condition of the pavement. Seal-coating too often is just as bad as not sealing often enough. Preventive maintenance saves money over the life of your pavement. That's true with just about anything.
